GRANITE FALLS — The Granite Falls School District is warning families about a potential luring incident.
A stranger offered candy to a student who was walking home from school, district spokeswoman Melanie Freeman said in a newsletter sent Friday. The incident occurred Wednesday and was reported to police.
Freeman did not say the age or gender of the child targeted, or where it happened.
