Suspect sought in series of burglaries in north Everett

EVERETT — Police are searching for a biking burglar suspected of breaking into at least five apartment complexes and storage units in north Everett.

The man has worn a motorcycle helmet and a riding jacket in four out of five burglaries over the past month, according to Everett police. He had an accomplice in one case.

The thefts have been centered within a half-mile radius near downtown Everett, in the 1300 block of 37th Street, the 2900 block of Rucker Avenue and the 2700 block of Hoyt Avenue.

Police released small, blurry security photos of the suspect Thursday afternoon. Tips can be directed to 425-257-8450.
