I know the Wednesday recipes are healthier than those in past year’s food columns, but really: Who eats this stuff?
And home many of us have the “new ingredients on hand? Pea, ricotta and mint gazpacho and tuna poke with kohlrabi were the main recipes on Aug. 8. The second recipe had 12 ingredients, 11 of which my kitchen doesn’t have. Yours?
The Wednesday Food section has become a waste of newsprint for the majority of us.
