Herald should repsect those who voted for Trump

I received The Herald’s earlier editorial on its commitment to discourse and debate (“Restating our commitment to discourse and debate,” The Herald, Jan. 18).
The Herald described its concern: “President Trump’s departure from long-standing norms of governance that had been maintained by past administrations, Republican and Democratic.” The result of this is we just keep electing do-nothing congresses.
Trump, as a citizen provided a fresh approach, work for America First with new, practical ideas. In spite of fake news reports and political opposition, he accomplished a lot in four years.
The Herald needs to report the real news. The Herald contributes to the resulting misinformation by repeating ad nauseam one liberal editorial and journalist opinion after another. Not the “discourse and debate” truth.
Snohomish County voted 40 percent for Trump and you should include some of their concerns. I know there is political and financial pressure for you to champion only one side of the issues. Otherwise your commitment for “discourse and debate” is a hollow objective. The liberals can’t handle the truth.
