Merging truckers bully their way on

I live in Marysville and make the daily drive across the sloughs on Highway 529 to Everett. A few times a week I witness near accidents due to the merging truckers not yielding to traffic. I have seen both lanes occupied and the trucks bully onto the road, which forces other vehicles either to slow down or switch lanes and cut other drivers off in an attempt to avoid a collision. I have come very close to being in accidents involving these trucks, or with other vehicles forced to avoid them. I have almost been rear-ended, side-swiped and have almost rear-ended other vehicles.

It is scary to have to slow down from 55 to 35 mph and be stuck in your lane, only to look in your rear view mirror to see the grill of another truck coming up behind you.

These truck drivers are bullies and what they are doing is dangerous. Some advice on who to report this to would be greatly appreciated.
