The state Supreme Court, having liberals on the bench, are a problem. They are lowering the standards of the American society. One example would be drug possession is no longer a felony. Now, it is only a misdemeanor. Now Marysville, Lake Stevens, Everett, will allow a lesser punishment using the court programs, as I read (“New Everett, Marysville court program to offer treatment over jail,” The Herald, March 31).
These city courts want to weaken charges against the defendants. Who does that really help?
Using less punishment, our old America will dwindle. The invincible America will dwindle. The victorious America will dwindle. With this liberal punishment, our America may not really exist anymore. Time to push back?
