EVERETT — Four different players scored a goal as Everett rolled to a 5-1 win over the Spokane Chiefs in the Silvertips’ final home game of the regular season.
Matthew Ng’s first goal of the season in the second period proved to be the game-winner for Everett, which has already clinched the U.S. Division title.
Ethan Regnier, Cole Fonstad, Jackson Berezowski and Ronan Seeley also scored for Everett, which outshot Spokane by a staggering 45-15.
Fonstad’s goal was his team-leading 16th of the season.
Dustin Wolf stopped 13 of the 14 shots he faced for the Silvertips (18-4-0-0).
Eli Zummack scored and Mason Beaupit made 40 saves for Spokane (6-8-4-1).
The Silvertips have one more game left in the short season as they travel to Seattle to face the Thunderbirds on Saturday evening. Puck drop is set for 6:05 p.m.
