During the recent presidential campaign, I and a group of students stood on a street corner in Edmonds for four hours, rallying for our preferred candidates. It quickly became obvious that over 95 percent of those who endorsed Obama drove foreign automobiles. Whereas, of the McCain endorsers, roughly 55-60 percent drove American cars. Isn’t it ironic that the Dems endorse a bailout of the Big 3, while driving foreign cars? Go figure.
