Wesco 4A South honors top spring athletes

Meadowdale’s Kevin Myhre and Edmonds-Woodway’s Sam Brancheau each earned first-team, all-Western Conference 4A South Division honors in track. Myhre was the winner of the 300-meter hurdles, while Edmonds-Woodway’s Sam Brancheau captured the 1,600.

The Lynnwood 400 relay team of Randall Eldridge, Vince Kinney, Chad Smith and Keith Ellis also earned all-league honors.

Edmonds-Woodway’s Erin Sieh (100 hurdles, triple jump), Caitlin Bonney (300 hurdles), Kelsey Voetmann (shot put) and Kelsey Nagel (discus) were first-team selections for girls track.

Lynnwood’s Austin Beatty and Meadowdale’s Jonathan Keane earned first-team, all-league boys golf honors.

Two Edmonds-Woodway doubles teams — Ashley Wagner/Carissa Clark and Erika Korpi/Joleen Laue — were first-team selections for girls tennis.

Meadowdale singles player Lauren Summer and the doubles team of Tanya Subcleff and Whitney Frank also earned first-team recognition.
