Everett man in critical condition after shooting

EVERETT – An Everett man was shot multiple times after several intruders broke into his home early this morning.
The man, 43, exchanged gunfire with the intruders shortly after midnight at 6024 Broadway, Everett police Sgt. Boyd Bryant said. The victim was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, where his condition was not immediately available.
The crime appears to be drug related, Bryant said. No arrests have been made.
