Columnist’s work cleared up confusion

Due to Julie Muhlstein’s Feb. 22 column, “A search for her own birth,” I was able to get my passport trouble cleared up. Her story also helped other people I know. Julie helped many people get things done sooner. We need more people like her to understand the older generation’s problems.
