Mukilteo festival lights up

Mike McDonough of Everett takes in the view from the Mukilteo Lighthouse Friday afternoon during a tour on opening day of the Mukilteo Lighthouse Festival. Tours of the building, constructed in 1906, are just one attraction of the festival, which runs through Sunday. Art shows and exhibits, a parade, salmon bake and fireworks tonight also are planned.
