Why won’t liberals hold vigil for her?

Why is it that liberal activists will hold vigils for convicted murders getting ready to pay the ultimate penalty for their crimes, while it is the conservatives who are holding a vigil to prevent the starvation death of an innocent young lady in a supposed vegetative state?
