Tim King was promoted to director of sales and marketing for Crane Aerospace and Electronics of Lynnwood. Previously he was senior manager of moderization and upgrade solutions for the aerospace group.
Cecilia Johnson has been promoted to senior vice president and commercial credit operations manager at Cascade Bank in Everett.
John Parks has joined the graphic design firm of VisualGraphics in Mukilteo as an account executive.
Philip Ranker is the new chief financial officer and corporate secretary at Nastech Pharmaceutical Co. of Bothell. Ranker has served in the position on an interim basis since July.

Good deeds
Diagnostic Ultrasound Corp. of Bothell has pledge $30,000 in cash and equipment to support two resident physicians to travel overseas with a team that teaches urological procedures to local doctors. The program is called International Volunteers in Urology.
The Bank of America Foundation recently gave $8,000 to Volunteers of America to support its child care subsidy program to help working parents in low-income families to pursue their education. The bank also recently presented $8,000 to Housing Hope of Snohomish County to help its transitional housing program.
TOP Food and Drug has presented $16,135 to the Snohomish County Food Bank, the results of an employee challenge to see which store could collect the most during the holidays.
Honors
Vin Pham, manager of the Maaco Collision Repair and Auto Painting franchise in Everett, was honored by the company for reaching the $1 million sales level in 2005.
