$212 to Arlington Airport Manager Rob Putnam for mileage and hotel expenses he incurred while attending a Community Airport Association meeting in Wenatchee.
$6,945 to The Beckwith consulting firm in La Conner for developing a design plan for the 172nd Street reconstruction project.

Everett: $1.25 million to Hoffman Construction Co. of Portland, Ore., for upgrades to Everett’s sewer plant. The company was awarded a total of $41 million to build an addition to the Smith Island wastewater treatment plant.
$37,800 to the national law firm Davis, Wright, Tremaine for legal services, including work on an agreement on the Sultan River with the Snohomish County PUD.
