Menu: Mulled wine with griled scallops wrapped in sage and prosciutto, orange drop martini with spicy shortbread bites, Diablos with caramelized onion and goat cheese galetts, calvados champagne cocktail with pork tenderloin and red onion-balsamic marmalade on toasted banquette slices.
