$8,186 to Bureau Veritas of Seattle for inspector services.

Everett: $39,958 to Tank Industry Consultants of Indianapolis for work on a new water tower on Casino Road.

$3,289 to City Councilman Paul Roberts for travel to a National League of Cities conference in Washington, D.C., and the Globe 2008 conference in Vancouver, B.C.

$24.43 charged to a city credit card for a copy of “Roberts Rules of Order.”

$3,964 to Three Stooges LLC of Lynnwood in utility refunds.
