Busy Lynnwood street blocked in both directions

LYNNWOOD – A busy Lynnwood street likely will be closed for most of the day today as crews repair two downed power lines
Two power poles are blocking both directions of 196th Street SW at 52nd Avenue W, officials said.
They hope to have repairs made before the evening commute but it could take longer, Lynnwood public works spokesman Les Rubstello said.
Snohomish County PUD was doing work on power lines in the area and two rotted poles fell, he said.
City crews are working to replace the poles.
