Reader question for the weekend

With the Tips out of town for a couple days, I figured now would be a good time for a reader question.
It’s been quite the interesting preseason for the Tips so far. There have been unexpected new faces (Tyler Maxwell, Ryan White) and prospects who look like far different players than in past preseasons (Kellan Tochkin, Cameron Abney). There have been unexpected defections (Vitaly Karamnov, Luks Vartovnik) and players sent home for disciplinary purposes (Jordan Mistelbacher, Tyler Kieffer).
The net result of all this so far is a roster of 24 that includes 12 rookies, and a 1-2 preseason record during which the team has showed both flashes of promise and plenty of inexperience.
So my question to you is: Based on what you’ve seen from the team so far, what are your expectations for the 2008-09 Silvertips?
