$5,911 to Nextel of Everett for the city’s cellular phone service.

$45,591 to Bauer Compressors of Virginia and $7,000 to Action Communications of Everett for the purchase and installation of an emergency generator and an emergency alert system at Arlington Fire Station 46. The money is from a Homeland Security grant.

Everett: $163.37 charged to a city credit card for kazoos used at the Fourth of July parade.

$25,987 deposit refund to Clements Bros. Inc. of Bonney Lake after completion of a new skateboard park at Wiggums Hollow Park.

$2,000 to Kitsap Transit and the Vehicle Technology Institute at Western Washington University for the development of light-weight electric bus.

Lake Stevens: $45,000 to Reid Middleton consultants of Everett to design a roundabout at the intersection of Lundeen Parkway, Vernon Road and Lake Drive.

Marysville: $42,120 to United Rentals of Marysville for a new trailer to haul asphalt paving equipment.

Monroe: $470 to Cuz Concrete Products Inc., of Lake Stevens, for Sky River Park concrete.

$1,082 to the state Department of Ecology, of Olympia, for a permit to deal with sludge.

Snohomish: $12,908 to Snohomish County Treasurer, of Everett, for jail bill for July.

$1,000 to Snohomish Senior Center, of Snohomish, for monthly contract fees.
