Man who died on I-5 was from North Bend

EVERETT — The man who died in a rollover accident on I-5 early Monday morning was identified as Jeffrey A. Minugh, 45, of North Bend, according to the Washington State Patrol.
About 2:30 a.m., Minugh’s sport utility vehicle apparently clipped a FedEx truck while changing lanes. Both vehicles were southbound near the Silver Lake rest area, State Patrol trooper Keith Leary said. Minugh’s 1994 Isuzu Rodeo went off the road and rolled. It was the third fatal crash on I-5 in Snohomish County this year, Leary said.
