Everett City Council, 8:30 a.m., Wednesday, City Hall, 3002 Wetmore Ave. The Council is scheduled to vote on a bundle of proposed water and sewer rate increases.

Island County Commissioners, special session, 1:30 p.m. today, hearing room 102B, County Annex Building, 1 NE Sixth St., Coupeville. Budget workshops are on the agenda.

Stanwood City Council, 7 p.m. Thursday, school district administration building board room, 26920 Pioneer Highway, Stanwood. The council is scheduled to talk about the annexation of 11 acres in the city’s northwest urban growth area.
