Crash snarls traffic on northbound I-5 near 164th

LYNNWOOD – Emergency crews and the Washington State Patrol are on scene of a crash involving a rolled over dump truck and several other vehicles on northbound I-5 just south of 164th Street SW.
Expect delays as crews remove the wreckage from the roadway.
