Everett Planning and Parks commissions, 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Everett Station, 3201 Smith St. The Planning and Parks commissions are holding a joint meeting to discuss the future of the Marshlands.

Everett City Council, 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, City Council chambers, 3002 Wetmore Ave. The council is scheduled to vote on whether to give Mayor Ray Stephenson the authority to sell a city parking garage at 2919 Hoyt Ave. to a nonprofit group that wants to build an arts center with low-income apartments.

Granite Falls City Council, 7 p.m. Wednesday, City Council chambers, 206 S. Granite Ave.

Lake Stevens Planning Commission, 7 p.m. Wednesday, ­Community-Senior Center, 1808 Main St. Discussion of amendments to the city’s comprehensive plan and of proposed laws governing cottage housing is planned.
