Here’s the list of the House committee chairs

The House Democratic Caucus has released the names of the people who will lead legislative comittees this year.

One major change is renaming of the Appropriations Committee to Ways and Means committee.

Community and Economic Development and Trade: Phyllis Gutierrez Kenney

Education: Dave Quall

Education Appropriations: Kathy Haigh

Environmental Health: Tom Campbell

Finance: Ross Hunter

Financial Institutions and Insurance: Steve Kirby

General Government Appropriations: Jeannie Darneille

Health and Human Services Appropriations: Eric Pettigrew

Health Care and Wellness: Eileen Cody

Higher Education: Deb Wallace

Human Services: Mary Lou Dickerson

Judiciary: Jamie Pedersen
