Midterms are over for the Silvertips, and now it’s time to evaluate how they’ve done. With the Christmas break here, I’ll be doing my midseason report card sometime this week. With that in mind I thought it would be appropriate to let everyone have their say. So here’s your chance to play “teacher” and assign the Tips a grade for the first half.
