Police seek suspect in Arlington bank heist

ARLINGTON — Detectives are looking for information that can lead to the arrest of a young man suspected of robbing a bank Tuesday afternoon.

Police responded to a report of a bank robbery at a Key Bank in the 500 block of N. Olympic Avenue just after 1 p.m., Arlington spokeswoman Kristin Banfield said.

The man is described as white, about 5 feet, 11 inches tall with a thin build. He is between 20 and 30 years old and has no facial hair. He was seen wearing a black puffy jacket and a black stocking cap.

The robber displayed no weapons during the heist.

Police are asking anyone who can help identify the suspect to call 911.
