Discounted spay and neuter surgeries for Spay Day 2009: PAWS, The NOAH Center, Everett Animal Services, the Humane Society for Skagit Valley, Homeward Adoption Center, and several veterinary clinics in Snohomish and Skagit counties are offering discounted pet spay and neuter surgeries for Spay Day on Tuesday. This event is open to anyone wanting to have a dog or cat spayed or neutered. Fees for surgeries range from $40 to $60.
