D.Jay McGrath added to roster

I’ve received word that 16-year-old center D.Jay McGrath has been added to Everett’s roster. McGrath, like Campbell Elynuik before him, probably won’t be around long. His midget team, the Saskatoon Contacts of the SMAAAHL, still has playoffs ahead. McGrath, now listed at 5-foot-8 and 200 pounds, has shown in past training camps a nice combination of goal-scoring ability and grit. He was Everett’s third-round pick in the 2007 bantam draft.
