Skagit County motorcyclist caught after chase

DARRINGTON — A Concrete man was arrested outside Swede Heaven on Friday after leading police on a pursuit from Skagit County.
Skagit County sheriff’s deputies spotted the man riding a stolen Harley-Davidson motorcycle. They tried to get him to stop, but the man kept going, Snohomish County sheriff’s Lt. Steve Dittoe said.
Snohomish County deputies joined the chase until the motorcycle reportedly clipped a deputy’s patrol car and the driver fell, Dittoe said.
The driver suffered what appeared to be minor leg injuries. He was arrested on outstanding warrants.
The incident remains under investigation.
