Lake Stevens drowning death ruled an accident

LAKE STEVENS — The Snohomish County medical examiner on Tuesday ruled the death of Cynthia Tate an accident.
Tate, 48, of Lake Stevens drowned after her boat sank Saturday night in Lake Stevens. Her name was officially released on Tuesday.
