What to expect from Boeing earnings; 787 photo

Wall Street will be keeping close watch tomorrow when Boeing reports its second quarter earnings.

But investors will be looking for Boeing’s estimate for the number of aircraft it will deliver the rest of 2009 and in 2010: Forbes.
And everyone will want to hear the latest on Boeing’s much delayed 787 Dreamliner: The Street.com. Boeing’s Dreamliner was expected to fly by the end of June. But executives called off the flight about a month ago and promised a new schedule within weeks.
Today, Boeing showed of a new “simplified” livery for its fifth 787 test plane, which will be powered by GE engines. The modified livery saves the company time and money compared to the livery on its original 787. The second 787 is painted in launch customer ANA’s livery. Test planes 3, 4 and 6 will sport the simplifed paint scheme.
