Everett: $1,800 to Stoel Rives, a law firm with an office in Seattle, for legal services concerning the Clean Water Act; $12,242 to the U.S. Conference of Mayors for membership; $12,735 to Consolidated Press of Seattle for printing the spring parks guide.

Marysville: $28,000 to State Avenue Plaza LLC for monthly lease of the Marysville Municipal Court building at 1015 State Ave.; $2,499 to Dutton Electric Co. Inc. of Everett to repair lights in Ebey Waterfront Park; $195 to North Coast Electric Co. of Seattle for a fiberoptic line.

Monroe: $7,391.25 to Washington Dock Builders of Auburn for a pontoon boat; $1,021.12 to Nextel Communications for police cell phones; $461.87 to 4imprint of Oshkosh, Wis., for carabiner key tags.

Snohomish County: $40,327.28 to the Bank of Everett Tower to extend a lease on office space through May to give the child advocacy center at Dawson Place extra time to relocate to a new facility; $1,449,154 to URS Corp. of Seattle for engineering services on taxiways at Paine Field Airport.
