Boeing announces quarterly dividend

The Boeing Co.’s board of directors approved a quarterly dividend of 42 cents per share, the company announced Monday.
The dividend is payable June 4 to shareholders of record as of May 7.
Boeing shares are trading down today at about $74.33 at 12:30 PST.
