EVERETT – A bomb threat closed Everett Station for less than an hour today.
Telephone threats to the station and police just before noon prompted officials to empty the station, Everett police Sgt. Robert Goetz said.
A regional bomb squad searched the building and used a Washington State Patrol police dog specially trained to sniff out explosives.
No bomb was found and regular travel has resumed.
