Monroe City Council study session, 7 tonight, City Hall, 806 W. Main St. The council may make a decision on joining the Snohomish County Transportation Benefit District.

Lake Stevens School Board, 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, educational service center, 12309 22nd St. NE. The board will consider adopting proposals for high school classes, including Advanced Placement U.S. government and politics, forensics and gateway to technology as well as Spanish courses.

Snohomish School Board, 6 p.m. Wednesday, district resource and service center, 1601 Avenue D, Snohomish.

Snohomish Design Review Board, 7 p.m. Wednesday, City Hall, 116 Union Ave.

Sultan City Council, 7 p.m. Thursday, Sultan City Hall, 319 Main St.
