Author to share internment experiences with women’s group

A woman who wrote a memoir about being imprisoned as a teenager in a Japanese-American internment camp during World War II is scheduled to talk to a group of local Republican women.
“Looking Like The Enemy” author Mary Matsuda Gruenewald will be featured during the Snohomish County Republican Women’s next meeting at 11 a.m. Feb. 10. The location is Shawn O’Donnell’s Restaurant, 122 128th St. SE, Everett.
