EVERETT — Mariner’s Niko Wallin hit the game-winning RBI single with two outs in the bottom of the eighth inning of the nonleague game. Teammate Jamie Umbinetti went 2-for-3 with a double, RBI and two runs scored. Kevaughn Umayam (1-0) pitched the last two innings for Mariner (2-0), giving up two hits and striking out two. Oak Harbor fell to 0-1.
