TNT basketball polls

The latest Tacoma News Tribune’s boys basketball rankings were released on Sunday and some local teams are making some noise just three weeks into the season.

Here’s the polls

On the girls side, three local teams — Lake Stevens (6-0), Stanwood (6-1) and Jackson (5-1) are all within the top 10 of the Class 4A poll.

In the 3A, Everett (5-1), Glacier Peak (4-1), Lynnwood (7-2) and Shorecrest (6-0) are all on the bubble, and Archbishop Murphy and King’s are sixth and second in the 2A and 1A polls, respectively.

In the boys 4A poll, Snohomish (7-0) is fourth and Edmonds-Woodway (6-1), Jackson (4-2) and Lake Stevens are all on the bubble.

There are no local teams in the 3A poll, but undefeated Mountlake Terrace (7-0) is on the bubble.

Archbishop Murphy is on the bubble and King’s is fifth in the 2A and 1A polls, respectively.
