Song of the week: ‘People’ by David Bazan

Wednesday night I had to pleasure of seeing Seattle singer/songwriter David Bazan perform in a living room in Seattle. There is going to be a post coming about that show soon, but for now we are talking about the song of the week because after seeing David play in front of a packed living room I can’t stop listening to him. Whether it be his old stuff from the Pedro the Lion days or his more recent stuff, it’s all pretty great.
Our song this week is “People” from his latest release “Strange Negotiations” (great album name). If you like this song go get the record. It’s a can’t miss from start to finish and sounds pretty fantastic on vinyl too. When you listen to this be sure to really listen to it. David writes beautiful songs and this is one of my favorites.
