Average gas price in state drops to $4.08

BELLEVUE — The AAA auto club reports the average price of a gallon of gas in Washington is $4.08.
That’s down 2 cents in a week and 4 cents in a month. It’s 26 cents higher than the national average.
Some metro prices from the AAA’s survey for Monday:
Bellingham $4.20, Bremerton $4.04, Seattle-Bellevue-Everett $4.10, Tacoma $4.05, Olympia $4.08, Vancouver $4.06, Yakima $4.04, Tri-Cities $4.07, and Spokane $3.94.
