Want to try making your own limoncello? You can, with some help from the experts.

Bluewater Distilling in Everett is offering a class from 1:30 to 3 p.m. on Nov. 23. You’ll use fresh lemons and Bluewater’s 100-proof vodka.

You’ll learn about the history of distillation and spirits and the benefits of traditional distillation methods.

The supplies and tools needed will be supplied, along with instruction to help you along.
