Do more trains cause more slides?

Maybe this is old news that I may have missed, but is there any consideration about the extra oil trains are causing a lot of extra vibration on the tracks and nearby cliffs south of Everett? Fewer oil trains should be evaluated. Seems like there should be another way that is no more expensive and less disruptive … considering the problems being caused with traffic, slides, potential home loss, etc.
