Man found dead in West Seattle standoff

SEATTLE — An overnight standoff at a West Seattle apartment ended with the discovery of the body of a man who may have taken his own life.
KIRO reported it started Sunday night as a report of a suicidal man involved in domestic violence with his girlfriend.
She got out. But when police arrived, the man refused to come out of the apartment.
When a SWAT team entered, it found the man dead.
