Everett man gets 14 years for drug trafficking

SEATTLE — An Everett man was sentenced Friday to more than 14 years in prison for drug trafficking.
Joseph R. Kalac, 49, was convicted in U.S. District Court in Seattle in September of various crimes involving guns and drugs.
He was arrested after a police pursuit in Snohomish County.
The case was investigated by federal agents and the county sheriff’s office.
