Lynnwood man was victim of fatal motorcycle accident in Everett

EVERETT — A motorcyclist killed Wednesday in a crash on Airport Road has been identified as Aleksandr Savchik.

Savchik, 25, lived in Lynnwood, according the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office. He suffered fatal injuries to his head and chest.

The crash between Savchik’s motorcycle and a car happened about 3 p.m. on Airport Road near Highway 99 in south Everett. Savchik died at the scene. A man and a woman in the car were injured. No information about the extent of their injuries was immediately available.

Snohomish County sheriff’s detectives are investigating.
