Pedestrian injured in Everett hit-and-run

EVERETT — A woman suffered serious injuries when a vehicle struck her in a hit-and-run accident at 12th Street and Broadway on Saturday evening, Everett police said.

The circumstances were unclear, including what type of vehicle may have been involved.

When police arrived just before 6 p.m., no witnesses could be found, Officer Aaron Snell said.

The woman was taken to a Providence Regional Medical Center Everett, Snell said. Her injuries did not appear to be life-threatening.

Detectives were investigating.
