EVERETT — Police were alerted to shots being fired along the 1900 block of 17th Street around 6 a.m. on Saturday.
Sgt. Manny Garcia said neighbors reported hearing at least two shots.
“But nobody could really tell us what or who,” he said.
No one was hurt but officers found bullet holes in two vehicles, Garcia said.
A woman who was in a house nearby was taken to hospital soon after the shots were fired. She was not hit by vehicle, as other media reported earlier, Garcia said.
Police are investigating but had few new details as of Saturday afternoon.
