Cascadia Art Museum: Hours are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday. On third Thursdays, the museum is open until 8 p.m. and is free during Edmonds Art Walk hours, 5 to 8 p.m. Located at 190 Sunset Ave., Edmonds. Admission is $10, discounts for seniors and students; 425-336-4809; cascadiaartmuseum.org. “Northwest Photography at Mid-Century” and “Against the Moon: The Art of John Matsudaira” is the summer show.

Schack Art Center: Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday. Located at 2921 Hoyt Ave., Everett. More at: 425-259-5050; www.schack.org. The much-anticipated Chuck Close exhibit is displayed through Sept. 5. Admission is $10. Schack classes include drawing, printmaking, basketry, jewelry and metalsmithing, encaustic, painting, fused glass, blown glass. The annual Artists Garage Sale is 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 4 at the Schack.

Hibulb Cultural Center: Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and noon to 5 p.m. weekends. Free first Thursdays until 8 p.m. Located at 6410 23rd Ave. NE, Tulalip; 360-716-2635; www.hibulbculturalcenter.org. “Natural Wanderment: Stewardship. Sovereignty. Sacredness” features the work of photographer Matika Wilbur, of the Swinomish and Tulalip tribes. She is crisscrossing the nation photographing people in each of the federally recognized tribes. The exhibit runs through June 11.

Edmonds Arts Festival: The 59th annual festival is June 17 to 19 at the Frances Anderson Center in Edmonds. See 240 outdoor artist booths, three indoor art galleries, performances at the outdoor amphitheater, kids activities; www.edmondsartsfestival.com.

Arlington Arts Council: The council oversees rotating art exhibits during regular hours at the Arlington Library, 135 N Washington Ave., and Cascade Valley Hospital, 330 S. The annual EvCC student art show is displayed through June 3. The exhibition includes the work of graduating and second-year students studying ceramics, interactive media, graphic design, painting, photography and printmaking.

Mountlake Terrace Arts Advisory Commission: The commission is seeking paintings, prints, drawings, miniatures, calligraphy, photographs, 3-dimensional and artisans’ works for its 38th annual Juried Art Show in September.
