On the two-hour season finale of “American Grit,” the teams take on four brutal obstacles and a final challenge that suspends them upside-down, on a wire, above a water fall. 8 p.m., Fox.

“Streets of Compton” is a three-part documentary that follows rapper The Game as he revisits his hometown and examines the impact that drugs, gangs and political strife have had on its music and culture. 9 p.m., A&E.
